Terms and Conditions:
Scope:
This guarantee applies to all installations, upgrades, and electrical solutions provided by PeGan Electric for commercial and industrial facilities.
Compliance Standards:
All work is performed in accordance with applicable local, state, and federal codes, including OSHA regulations, NEC (National Electrical Code), and other industry-specific standards.
Eligibility:
The Compliance Guarantee is valid for inspections conducted within 90 days of project completion.
Applies only to work completed by PeGan Electric as outlined in the project agreement.
Resolution Process:
If an inspection identifies compliance issues directly related to PeGan Electric’s work, we will correct the issue at no additional cost.
Corrections will be completed within a reasonable timeframe, as determined by the nature of the issue and regulatory requirements.
Exclusions:
Issues arising from modifications made by third parties or customer negligence are not covered.
Non-compliance resulting from changes in codes or standards after project completion is excluded.
Customer Responsibilities:
Customers must provide a copy of the inspection report detailing the compliance issue within 7 days of receipt.
Access to the site must be granted for PeGan Electric to perform the necessary corrections.
Limitations:
This guarantee applies solely to the original scope of work performed by PeGan Electric and does not cover unrelated systems or subsequent projects.
PeGan Electric is not responsible for penalties, fines, or damages resulting from delays in reporting or third-party actions.
