Terms and Conditions:
Scope:
This guarantee applies to installation and upgrade services provided by PeGan Electric for commercial and industrial facilities.
Downtime Agreement:
Downtime is defined as the period during which electrical systems or components are unavailable due to PeGan Electric’s work.
The agreed downtime will be specified in the project proposal or contract.
Eligibility:
The No-Downtime Guarantee is applicable only if downtime exceeds the duration agreed upon in writing before project commencement.
Compensation:
If downtime exceeds the agreed-upon duration due to delays caused by PeGan Electric, the customer will receive a discount of 10% on the affected portion of the project cost.
The discount is capped at $2,000 per project.
Exclusions:
Delays caused by factors beyond PeGan Electric’s control, such as inclement weather, supply chain disruptions, or changes in project scope, are excluded from this guarantee.
Excludes delays caused by customer-requested changes or lack of access to the site.
Claim Process:
Customers must notify PeGan Electric in writing within 7 days of project completion to claim the discount.
Claims will be assessed within 5 business days, and the discount will be applied to the final invoice or refunded if already paid.
Limitations:
The No-Downtime Guarantee applies only to PeGan Electric’s work and does not cover any consequential damages or losses due to downtime.
