Eligibility: The Priority Service Guarantee is exclusively available to clients enrolled in PeGan Electric’s maintenance plan. The maintenance plan must be active and in good standing at the time of service. Priority Scheduling: Maintenance plan clients are given first priority for scheduling routine and non-urgent services. Same-day response is guaranteed for urgent service requests submitted before 12:00 PM on business days. Urgent Issues Defined: Urgent issues include electrical emergencies such as power outages, equipment failures, or safety concerns that impact operations. Non-urgent issues, such as planned upgrades or non-critical repairs, are excluded from the same-day response guarantee. Exclusions: Same-day response may not be possible during severe weather events, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond PeGan Electric’s control. Requests received after business hours will be prioritized for the next business day. Response Process: Upon receiving an urgent request, a licensed electrician will be dispatched the same day to assess and address the issue. If the issue requires additional parts or resources, PeGan Electric will provide a clear timeline for resolution. Limitations: The Priority Service Guarantee applies only to electrical services provided by PeGan Electric and does not include third-party delays or unrelated issues. This guarantee does not waive fees for services rendered under the maintenance plan agreement.
