Scope:
This guarantee applies to all services provided by PeGan Electric for commercial and industrial projects.
Customer Responsibility:
Customers must notify PeGan Electric of any issues within 14 days of project completion.
Concerns must be related to the quality or performance of the service provided.
Resolution Process:
PeGan Electric will assess the concern and propose a resolution within 90 business days.
Resolutions may include adjustments, corrections, or other solutions as deemed appropriate by PeGan Electric.
Exclusions:
The guarantee does not cover changes in scope or additional work requested outside the original project agreement.
Issues caused by misuse, lack of maintenance, or third-party interference are not covered.
Limitations:
This guarantee is limited to the original service provided and does not extend to unrelated components or future work.
No Additional Cost Clause:
Corrections or adjustments under this guarantee will not incur additional labor or material costs for the customer.
