Scope:
This guarantee applies to all services provided by PeGan Electric for commercial and industrial clients.
Pricing transparency includes labor, materials, and any applicable fees outlined in the project proposal or contract.
Upfront Pricing:
A detailed estimate will be provided before work begins, including a breakdown of costs for labor, materials, and any additional charges.
Changes in scope or client-requested modifications after the estimate may result in adjusted pricing, which will also be communicated in advance.
No Hidden Fees:
PeGan Electric guarantees that all charges are disclosed upfront, with no hidden fees or surprise costs added after project completion.
Any required changes during the project will be discussed and approved by the client before implementation.
Exclusions:
Unexpected costs arising from unforeseen site conditions (e.g., pre-existing damage, code violations) are not covered under this guarantee.
Additional work requested by the client beyond the original scope is excluded and will be billed separately with client approval.
Resolution Process:
If a client identifies a discrepancy between the agreed pricing and final billing, PeGan Electric will review and address the issue within 5 business days.
Adjustments will be made promptly if the discrepancy is determined to be an error on PeGan Electric’s part.
Limitations:
The Transparent Pricing Guarantee applies only to written agreements and estimates provided by PeGan Electric.
Verbal agreements or changes made without written confirmation are not covered.
